This may include your name, email address, phone number, company or organization name, project details, event details, destination information, uploaded assets, and any other information you choose to send.

We also collect limited technical and usage information necessary to operate the site and related services. This may include browser and device data, IP address, pages visited, referral information, and interactions required to provide site functionality.

We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, deliver creative and consulting services, manage project and event intake, operate the client portal, process service requests, send transactional communications, and maintain business records.

We may also use information to improve site performance, protect the site and our business operations, prevent misuse, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our agreements.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the site and deliver services. Based on the site's current implementation, those providers may include Supabase for hosted backend and data storage services, Resend for transactional email delivery, and Stripe for payment processing where checkout functionality is used.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud or misuse, or support a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or asset transfer. We do not sell personal information for cash consideration.

If you make a payment through the site, payment processing is handled by third-party processors such as Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our own servers. Payment information is subject to the applicable processor's privacy practices and terms.

The site uses limited browser-side storage and similar technologies to support core functionality. This includes features such as saving selected services to local storage, preserving session state for certain experiences, and maintaining interface preferences where necessary.

If you disable these technologies, some site functions may not work correctly.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, deliver requested services, maintain project history, comply with legal, tax, accounting, and operational obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information we hold about you, and to request information about how your data is used or disclosed. To make a request, contact us using the information below.

If you no longer want to receive non-essential communications from us, you may contact us and request removal from future outreach. Transactional or service-related messages may still be sent when necessary for an active inquiry, project, or legal obligation.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You should avoid sending highly sensitive information unless specifically requested through an approved channel.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the public-facing site.

This site may link to third-party websites, platforms, or embedded services. We are not responsible for the privacy, security, or content practices of third-party properties.
